If you have not already, please complete the Fall Education and Transportation Plan for the 2020-21 school year. If you opt into online learning for your child during the first quarter, please complete ONLY the Remote Learning Agreement in the right hand column of this page.
If your child will return to school and you choose DLA transportation as your method of choice, please complete the transportation request form in the right hand column of this page. Please keep in mind that seating on the DLA bus is limited and reserved for families who do not have other transportation options for their child (this includes the RTA LS bus provided by Dayton Public Schools).
