Utilize rigorous Ohio Academic Standards curriculum, common formative assessment data, and collaborative planning to drive differentiated instruction that engages and challenges every student.

B) Teach and Reinforce a Culture Based on the Core Values

Teach and reinforce the core values using proactive, positive reinforcement and frequent student recognition by implementing both school-wide and individual supports for students.

C) Maximize Partnerships for Comprehensive Student and Family Support

Connect families to community resource providers who address vital family needs. Identify additional strategic partners to achieve school priorities and goals.

D) Recruit and Retain Parents and Students who are Engaged in the Success of our Schools

Recruit and retain parents and students to a welcoming environment to enhance their loyalty, engagement, and advocacy.

E) Attract, Develop, and Retain Excellent Mission-Aligned Teachers and Staff

Recruit mission-driven urban educators and provide collaborative and differentiated professional development throughout the year, including frequent observation and feedback, recognition of contributions, and competitive compensation.
